What if there's someone else's messages in there?
Tell us up front: we'll leave out anything that isn't yours to include, or check with you first.
Is anything physical shipped to me?
No. Lorelo is an entirely digital service: your finished book arrives as a PDF by email or download link, usually the same week. We do not print, bind, or ship anything, we never ask for a shipping address, and no physical item is ever part of your order.
What if I have way more material than a package covers?
Send it anyway: we'll tell you honestly which package actually fits before you pay for anything.
