These terms cover any order placed with Lorelo ("we," "us"), a keepsake book service based in Kosovo. By placing an order you agree to them.
Lorelo turns the photos, messages, screenshots, and quotes you send us into a finished digital keepsake book, delivered as a PDF formatted for printing. We lay everything out using our own book templates; we do not invent names, dates, or events, we only use what you give us. Lorelo does not print or ship physical copies, the file is yours to print wherever you like.
Orders are placed and paid for through Paddle.com, our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment itself alongside these terms.
Your digital PDF is delivered by email or download link once it's finished. Turnaround time and the number of included revision rounds depend on the package you chose, this is confirmed with you before we start.
The finished PDF and printed book are yours to keep, print, and share personally. The underlying template design, layout system, and Lorelo branding remain ours.
We aim to represent your material accurately and handle it carefully, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for errors in content you provided to us as-is. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
