This explains what Lorelo collects when you order a keepsake book, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• The photos, screenshots, messages, and quotes you submit for your book, plus any names, dates, and notes you give us to go with them.
• Your contact details (name and email) so we can deliver the finished book and reach you about your order.
• Basic order information (which package, order date) needed to fulfil and support the order.

We do not collect or store your payment details. Payment is handled entirely by Paddle.com, our payment provider, who has their own privacy policy covering that part.

What we use it for

Solely to build and deliver your keepsake book, and to communicate with you about your order. We don't sell, rent, or share your content or contact details with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your submitted content while we work on your book and for a short period after delivery in case you need a revision or a reprint. After that window, source material is deleted from our working files unless you ask us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about your order, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll handle it directly.
