Every book we make is built around your own material, so our refund policy reflects that.
If you cancel before we've started laying out your book, typically within 24 hours of ordering, you'll get a full refund.
Once we've begun building your book, we can no longer offer a full refund, since the work is specific to the content you sent us. If you're unhappy at this stage, tell us and we'll work with you on revisions first. Cancelling partway through may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, depending on how much work has already gone in.
Once your finished PDF has been delivered, the sale is final, this is standard for personalized digital products. The exception is our mistake: if the file is corrupted, missing content you actually submitted, or doesn't match what you paid for, we'll fix it or refund you, no argument.
